As a former NCAA Division I player and coach, I understand how painful it is to watch a talented team underperform. You know they have the skill but they can't seem to get on the same page.
 

That's why I earned a PhD focused on team coordination and built my work around one question: how do teams think, communicate, and act together under pressure. I've worked hands-on with Division I, NFL, and NHL teams to help them stay competitive when it counts.
